These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Emmy Lupin Studio online shop at emmylupin.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Orders, pricing and payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price at the time of purchase. Prices are as shown on our website at the time you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout via our selected payment providers. Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Shipping and delivery

We dispatch orders to the delivery address provided at checkout. Any delivery times shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. International customers and import duties

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside the UK, your local customs authorities may charge additional import duties, taxes, or handling fees before your parcel is released for final delivery. These charges are set and collected by the destination country’s customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict, control, reimburse or refund these costs, so please check your country’s import rules before placing your order.

5. Refund Policy (returns, exchanges and credit notes)

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.RETURNS
All returns must be sent within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at shop@emmylupin.com to obtain refund approval. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the exchange. Please allow at least five (5) working days from receipt of your item to process the exchange. You can exchange for a different product of the same value, or receive a credit note of the item’s value. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in respect of any order will not exceed the price paid for the products concerned.
