Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Emmy Lupin Studio online shop at emmylupin.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy set out below.
1. Orders, Pricing and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price at the time of purchase. Prices are as shown on our website at the time you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout via our selected payment providers. Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch orders to the delivery address provided at checkout. Any delivery times shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. International Customers and Import Duties
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside the UK, your local customs authorities may charge additional import duties, taxes, or handling fees before your parcel is released for final delivery. These charges are set and collected by the destination country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict, control, reimburse or refund these costs — please check your country's import rules before placing your order.
4. Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for an exchange or credit note, subject to the conditions below.
Returns
All returns must be sent within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process
Email shop@emmylupin.com to obtain return approval before sending anything back. Then place the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to:
Emmy Lupin Studio, Unit 12 Avenue A, Sneinton Market, Nottingham NG1 1DT
You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method; we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Exchange or Credit Note
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to five (5) working days for us to process it. You may exchange for a product of the same value or receive a credit note. We will notify you by email once processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact shop@emmylupin.com and we will resolve this promptly.
All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, images, text and other content on our website are owned by or licensed to Emmy Lupin Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in respect of any order will not exceed the price paid for the products concerned. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website at the time you placed that order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
